Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 244, i + 202 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 31 lines per page ; volume 2 frame-ruled in red.
Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks (later flyleaves only: lion, shield with a face-in-the-moon, three crescents) ; MS in good condition except worm-eaten and mended.
Origin: According to colophon copied 925 by Jābir ibn Ibrāhīm (vol. 1, fol. 244a) and by Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Fīshī al-Shāfiʻī (vol. 2, fol. 202a)

Binding note
Later type II (with flap) binding in dark brown leather. Gold?-stamped mandorla with blind-tooled edging in covers of both volumes. Similar decoration on flap. Endbands.
