  • A few marginal notes and glosses. MS incomplete at beginning and end. Ḥājjī Khalīfah attributes the work to Abū Jaʻfar ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ṭūsī 385-460 [995-1067].
  • Collation: Paper ; fol. 189 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
  • Layout: 27 lines per page.
  • Description: Text in red and commentary in black ; watermarks (anchor; roman-alphabet countermark initials) ; MS in fair condition except several folios are defective with some loss of text.
  • Origin: According to colophon of part 2, copy completed Sunday 23 Rajab 1001 by Ṣāliḥ ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd AIlāh ibn Maḥmūd al-Zabīdī al-Najafī, known as Banī Salāmah (fol. 119b).
