Marginal notes and glosses. It is stated in the colophon that the present copy was made from another dated 403 [1012/3]. Note on number of sheets, 66 on title page. Title? on lower edge of text block.
Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 220 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in blue and red, or in blue and black.
Description: Rubricated ; some vowel signs ; watermarks (cross) ; MS in good condition, mended. MS is rare.
Origin: According to colophon copied Shawwāl 1005 by Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥājjī Yūsuf Sarkhābī (fol. 218b).

Later type III (without flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-stamped medallion with pendants and blind-tooled edging. Pink paper pastedowns (with bull watermark). Endbands.
