Evidently the last folio, containing the closing words of the colophon, is missing. The first two folios were supplied by a different hand. The title appears on the lower edge of the text block. Two inscriptions on the two folios after colophon.

Layout: 22 lines per page.
Description: Vowel signs ; lacking some iʻjām diacritical marks ; MS in good condition, mended.
Origin: Probably from the XIII century. MS is rare.

Later type III (without flap) binding in brown leather. Blind- and gold-stamped and tooled circular design with pendants and decorative edging. Leather doublures. Multi-colored endbands. Repairs to the spine.
