    • Title from title page (fol. 1a).
    • A few marginal notes. Statement that the MS has 6 quires and 60 leaves (fol. (1)a). Title page and the two folios following the end of the text contain longer notes.
    • Collation: Paper ; fol. (1) + 58 + (1) ; catchwords ; quires signed: 1-6 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Layout: 21 lines per page in two columns.
    • Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks (hand with a star and the roman-alphabet letters "[?]RA") ; MS in fair condition; badly stained with dampness with many loose and some mended folios.
    • Ownership signatures: ʻAlī ibn Aḥmad Jabrāyil [obscured]; partially obscured signature dated 1009; Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Mālikī [..]; seal impression (fol. 1a). Acquired from Brill, Leyden, A.D. 1900.

    Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-stamped mandorla and blind-tooled edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap. Tan paper pastedowns.
