A commentary on the work of Najm al-Dīn al-Ghayṭī, 981 [1573] on the Night Journey and the Ascension of the Prophet entitled Qiṣṣat al-miʻrāj.
Notes
Collation: Paper ; fol. 69 ; catchwords ; quires signed 1-7 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Description: Rubricated ; text in red and commentary in black ; watermarks (crest) ; MS in fair condition but several folios are worm-eaten and mended.
Layout: 23 lines per page ; ruled.
Marginal notes. After the colophon is a verse of poetry.
Ms. codex.
Origin: According to colophon copied end of Shawwāl 1071 by Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Dunūsharī al-Azharī (fol. 69a).

Colophon: ثم المعراج المبارك بحمد الله وعونه ومزيد حسن توفيقه وبلغ مقابلة وتصحيحا على نسخة مؤلفه رحمه الله تعالى وذلك على يد کاتبه لنفسه ولمن شاء الله من بعده العبد الفقير المعترف بمزيد العجز والتقصير محمد بن الفقير احمد بن الفقير محمد الدنوشري الازهري غفر الله له ولوالديه ولمن احسن اليهم واليه ولجميع محبيه واقار به وذويه تحريرا في اواخر شوال سنة احدى وسبعين والف من الهجرة النبوية على صاحبها افضل الصلاة واتم التسليم امين امين امين
