    An abridgment of the author's larger work ʻUyūn al-athar fī funūn al-maghāzī wa-al-shamāyil wa-al-siyar, the well-known biography of the Prophet.

    • A few marginal notes. After the colophon occur two contemporaneous fāʼidahs, one about the generations that passed from Adam to Muḥammad and the other about the occasions of the descent of revelation to the Apostles of God.
