Title from text (fol. 1b).
A few marginal notes. Fol. 1a has various inscriptions including waqf and ownership statements, a note that the MS was corrected by Muḥammad Ḥilmī dated 1186, a seal impression, and a repetition of the line "iʻrāb is like a spiderweb".
Collation: Paper ; fol. 160 + (2) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19 lines per page.
Description: Overlining in red ; watermarks (roman-alphabet letters "[?]SSET"; coat of arms or a crown) ; MS in fair condition.
Origin: According to colophon copied Saturday 28 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1171 by ʻUthmān ibn ʻAlī ibn Muṣṭafá ibn ʻAlī al-Bābā Ṭāghī (fol. 160a).
