Collation: Paper ; fol. 52 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 22 lines per page.
Description: Text in red and commentary in black ; entries in green or gold, overlining in red ; watermarks (crown?; flower; roman-alphabet letters "A", "L") ; MS in good condition. MS is rare.
Origin: According to colophon copied 1240 by ʻAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Aḥmad al-Sharīf (fol. 52b).

Colophon: قد تم الغرض من جمع هذا المختصر مع اشتغال البدن وترامي الاحوال في زمن کثير شره قليل نفغه وخيره وسلام على عباده الذين اصطفى ثم الصلاة والسلام على سيدنا ومولانا محمد خاتم النبيين وامام المرسلين والحمد لله رب العالمين سنة 1240 على يد عبد الرحمن بن احمد الشريف رفق الله به. امين. امين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد واله
