    A classified Arabic and Persian vocabulary in four parts.

    • Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 155 + i ; some catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Description: Written in Fārisī and other scripts ; rubricated ; vowel signs ; MS in good condition.
    • Few marginal notes. On the page before the title page occurs a verse of poetry. On inside of front cover is a list of the Rāshidite and Umayyad caliphs and the date of the beginning of the ʻAbbāsid dynasty, 132 [750]. Folios 1-16 are by a later hand. Illegible title on bottom edge of text block.
    • Layout: 11-21 lines per page.

    • Origin: According to colophon copied 5 Ramaḍān [309?] by ʻImā[d] al-Dīn ibn ʻAbbās ibn [?] Ghānī (fol. 155b).

    • On title page occur three autographs of owners and two illegible seal impressions: Abū Bakr ibn Rustam Shirwānī, ʻAbd al-Majīd ibn [?] and Khalīl al-Arzanjānī dated 1176 [1763]. On the page before is the autograph of an owner, Sharaf ibn ʻAbd Allāh.
