Description: Rubricated ; overlining and other use of red ; watermarks (three crescents, roman-alphabet letters "[?]B" ; MS in good condition.
Layout: 16-18 lines per page ; fol. 1b-2a frame-ruled.
Marginal notes. On page after the colophon is a quotation from Maʻālim al-tanzīl of al-Farrāʼ al-Baghawī, 510 [1117].

Origin: According to colophon copied Tuesday 2[?] Ramaḍān 1065 by al-Ḥusayn ibn Aḥmad al-Muqrī al-Musawwirī (fol. 101a).

Binding note
Later half-bound type III (without flap) binding in brown material and dark brown spotted paper. Brown paper pastedowns and flyleaves. Multi-colored endbands.
Provenance
On title page are two autographs of owners, one obliterated, the other for al-Qāsim ibn Muḥammad [?] dated 1225.
