• Description: Rubricated ; overlining and other use of red ; watermarks (shield with a face-in-the-moon, roman-alphabet letters "AG" ; MS in very good condition.
• Layout: 23 lines per page ; ruled.

• On title page occurs the number of folios and quires in the MS. A slip bearing the title is pasted on the outside of the front cover.
• Origin: According to colophon copied Monday 28 Rabīʻ II 1301 (fol. 13b).
