    A collection of stories, riddles, anecdotes, proverbs and poems by various authors.
    Notes
    • Collation: Paper ; fol. 101 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Description: Partially rubricated ; some folios are yellow ; watermarks (grapes, crown?, roman-alphabet lettering including "LANGVEDOC" and numbers "174[?]" ) ; MS in fair condition except several folios are stained with dampness.
    • Layout: 15-26 lines per page.
    • Marginal notes. MS is in different hands. On the page before the first are two verses of poetry in praise of the book and one obliterated autograph of an owner.
    • Ms. codex.
    • Title from title page (fol. 1a).
    • Ending: فان تجنبتها کنت سلما من اهلها * وان تجذبها نازعتك کلابها
    • Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه ثقتي الحمد لله الجامع شمل الوجود

    Later quarter-bound type III (without flap) binding in leather and blue marbled paper. Gold-stamped designs on spine.
