    • Collation: Paper ; fols. i + 68 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Description: Rubricated ; MS in good condition but several folios are worm-eaten.
    • Layout: 13 lines per page ; ruled.
    • Marginal notes and glosses. On the title page ia a note that there are 7 quires, and some stray writing.

    • Origin: According to colophon copied 7 Rabīʻ I 1003 (fol. 68b).
