Autograph copy of original poems of eulogy, travel, and prayer arranged in alphabetical order of their rhyme.
Notes
Collation: Paper ; fols. i + 99 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Description: Vowel signs ; green flyleaves glued to initial and final folios of text block ; illegible title on lower edge of MS ; MS in good condition, paper cover is badly worn.
Layout: 15-25 lines per page ; ruled.
Marginal glosses. Title page bears three verses of poetry by the author and quotations of poetry of unknown authorship. On page after colophon and on three following folios are a number of odes by the author not included in the dīwān, all bearing the date 1026 [1617].

Colophon: والحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وآله وصحبه وسلم وسلم ابداً في ليلة الاربعاء 27 شوال سنة 1027 ببرکة الحاج [الحج] ليلة سفر الرکب او صلهم الله سالمين وتقبلها بجاه سيد المرسلين صلى الله وسلم عليه وعليهم اجمعين.
Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى جميع الانبياء والمرسلين
Binding note
Type II (with flap) binding in red leather and green marbled paper. Multi-colored endbands. Covers cut away to reveal blind-stamped mandorla with pendants on both covers. Cutaway on flap to reveal rounded blind-stamped design.
