    A collection of original poems eulogizing the Sultan Muḥammad ibn Malikshāh, the Sultan Masʻūd, al-Malik Maḥmūd ibn al-Sulṭān Muḥammad, Majd-al-Mulk Abū al-Faḍl Asʻad ibn Muḥammad ibn Mūsá, Muʻīn-al-Mulk Abū al-Maḥāsin Muḥammad Faḍlullāh and others, but especially Niẓām-al-Mulk,to whom he devotes a considerable part of his Dīwān; also contains satires and elegies, descriptions of nature, the skies and the stars, flowers and fruits, together with an elegy on the vicissitudes of time.

    • Collation: Blue paper ; fol. i + 106 + ii ; catchwords ; quires signed 1-11 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Description: Rubricated ; MS in good condition.
    • Layout: 15 lines per page with separation between hemistitches ; frame-ruled in red.
    • Marginal notes and glosses. Before the title page is a statement by the copyist, al-Marṣafī, that he collected this dīwān in response to the suggestion of the Imām. After the colophon are three folios which have several verses by al-Ṭughrāʼi. On the inside of the front cover is one verse.

    Later type II binding (with flap) in red leather and blue marbled paper. Binding has been mended.
