A catalogue of the genuine, entire and valuable collection of paintings, of John Blackwood, Esq [electronic resource] : (Who is now abroad) amongst which are the works of the following masters, viz. Lud. Carracci, G. and N. Poussin, Castiglione, Borgognone, both, of Italy, Valerio Castelli, Rembrandt, Rubens, Vanderheyde, Vandevelde, Wovermans, Hondicooter, Vanderneer, Hobbima, Berghem, Ostade, Ruysdael, Cuyp, Storck, Sorgh, &c. Likewise his antique busts, figures, &c. in bronze and marble; a curious marble chimeny piece ornamented with figures in bronze; a large and magnificent French clock; and other effects. Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Langford, at his house in the Great Piazza, Covent Garden, on Wednesday and Thursday, the 19th and 20th of this instant March 1760. The same may be viewed on Monday the 17th, and every day after till the time of sale, which will begin each day punctually at twelve o'clock.
