Summary note
Two handwritten manuscript diaries in one book: 1926 and 1939. The unknown author, probably a journalist, interviews and witnesses the key people and events in Greeceʾs constitutional crisis in 1926. Thirteen years later, he is in Paris reporting on the events of World War II. Includes newspaper clippings from local and international papers. Shorthand code writing. Attached a folded map of Paris in the paste-down endpaper. The hard cover 209 x 135 mm separated from the text block bears colorful floral decoration.
