Summary note
Consists of several parts and chapetrs on practical philosophy; philosophy of justice; human rights; family law and domestic relations; public and ecclesiastical law . It is a 19th-century Greek manuscript written in black ink; 24-26 lines per page. Autograph note on flyleaf indicates the owner and the date of the manuscript: "Kai tode ktēma pephyka emou [.] leōnidas Spyropoulos, tē [4] Apriliou 1877 en Athēnai." Author's name is also found on fol.190r: "Telos tou Physikou Dikaiou. Leōnidas P. Spyropoulos." The manuscript is incomplete at the end. The text runs from fol. 1 to fol. 191 with blank the last 8 folios. It is bound in brown velvet paper; sewn on three raised bands.
