Markings, some headings, and some marginalia in red. Foliated in brown in upper left corner and paginated 1-266 in red in center of top margin (begins on fol. 1b). Incomplete index on front endpaper.
    • Origin: In the colophon the Emperor of Russia is thanked; dated 28 August 1915 (verso of back endpaper).
