Physical description: 17 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq and naskhi scripts by different hands in black ink and pencil in lined exercise notebook. Markings, some headings, and some marginalia in red. Foliated in brown in upper left corner and paginated 1-266 in red in center of top margin (begins on fol. 1b). Incomplete index on front endpaper.
Origin: In the colophon the Emperor of Russia is thanked; dated 28 August 1915 (verso of back endpaper).
