Physical description: 20-21 lines per page, written in clear naskhi/ruqʻah script in black on yellowish paper. Headings in ochre. Slightly affected by dampness; first two leaves frayed. Text is on fol. 3a-27b; the rest of the pages are filled with magic formulae, magic squares, and other diagrams.
