  • Cotsen copy: Plates separated into leaves and bound in book form; colored unlike the Opie copy described by Darton.
Binding note
Cotsen copy: Pub. blue decorated wrappers printed in red and black with first and last leaves pated to inner wrappers, bound in later half green roan and marbled boards.
