Summary note
A collection of amulets containing over 100 diagrams from the West African tradition of Islamic talismans. As well as prayers and verses from the Qurʾān, the collection contains colored diagrams made from mystical letters, names, and representations of holy places. A note attached to the final doublure of the loose binding records the results of an inspection of the ms. by the British Museum in 1963.
