Summary note
An excerpt in Ottoman from an Arabic treatise in astronomy Bāriʻ fī aḥkām al-nujūm. The main text ends on fol. 50b and is followed on fol. 51b-64b by an incomplete text in astrology in Persian. The second text is in the same hand and on same paper.

21 lines per page. Written in a small ruqʻah in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed paper with 'three crescents' watermark. Text 2 contains tables and charts.
Incipit: قال ابو الحسن على بن ابى الرجال بو كتاب جليل ودفتر جميل تحويل سنى عالمده اقاويل حكماء جامع
Explicit: ويغمور كثير اوله باذن الله تعالى لايعلم الغيبه الا الله عز وجل والحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على محمد وآله اجمعين
