• 15 lines per page. Written in a very small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. On fol. 1b-2a the text is written inside a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink. Fol. 1b has an elegant illuminated head piece (ʻunwān) executed in gold leaf with blue watercolor, with the title in the centre in white watercolor. On fol. 2b-6b the text is inside a double line frame in red ink. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed paper with prominent pulp and chain and laid lines visible. Some marginal annotations.
• Ms. additions: fol. 1a has a short text in verse entitled Bahr-i tavil li-Mevlana Hilalî [Badr al-Dīn Hilālī, d. 1528 or 9 ?].
• Incipit: ينه ماه عيد اولدى چون فلكده اسكان شوق وشادى وفرحدن طولدى هر دار وديار

Binding note

Marbled paper on covers with burgundy leather on spine and around cover edges, the latter decorated with two gold fillets. Pastedowns in orange paper. Label with the title on upper cover.
