    • 框29.6 x 20公分, 9行21字, 小字雙行字數同, 白口, 左右雙邊, 雙黑魚尾. 版心上鐫字數, 如卷一首葉"大字三百零三小字六十", 版心中鐫"通志"及紀傅名, 版心下有刻工. 成化十年補版為粗黑口, 版心上鐫"成化十年吏部重刊", 如卷三第三十三葉.
    • 鈐"龍山蟄廬藏書之章", "古莘陳氏子子孫孫永寳用"印記.
    • 《中國古籍善本書目》著錄元大德三山郡庠刻本, 行款字數與此版同. 與館藏北圖善本元刻本胶卷核對, 為同一版. 或許至治二年未重刻, 僅將大德版重印.
    • 至治二年(1322)吳繹"序", 至治元年(1321)吳繹《通志疏》. 鄭樵"通志總序".
    • 卷端書名小題在上, 大題在下, 如: "三皇紀第一通志一".
