    Summary note
A divan. This copy does not start with the kaside usually found at the start of Baki's divan (e.g. see published divan or Islamic Manuscripts, New Series no. 1565) and appears to be incomplete at the end.
    Notes
    • Ms. codex.
    • Title supplied by the cataloger.
    • 17 lines per page. Written in small taʻlīq in black ink with some use of red. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper.
    • Ms. additions: extensive additions in later hands before and after the main text, on fol. 2b-11a and fol. 158a-178b, the latter section containing many blank sheets in between the additions. The additions are chiefly verses of poetry and include excerpts from Yunus Emre, Nevʻî, Fuzulî and Veysî. In the main work, the text abruptly stops on fol. 49a and then continues on fol. 53b, with pages in between left chiefly blank, except for three which are again filled with verse additions in a later hand, one of them (on fol. 50a) entitled Mesnevi-yi Baki. Fol. 9a contains several dates, the earliest of which is 27 of Jumādá al-Ākhirah 1143 (1731).

    • Incipit: اتدي شهري سرف مقدم سلطان جهان
