Summary note
The collection, published primarily in Chile in the capital, Santiago, concerns environmental and ecological issues, especially pertaining to the Andes, rainforest, jungle and its relationship with urban areas, industry and development. Special topics include conservation of land, species and natural resources; pollution, contamination and decontamination efforts; water, air and forestry and mining issues; and law and public policy, legislative and political action and recycling and waste management.
