Summary note
The collections consists of pamphlets, reports, flyers, workbooks, and other materials relating to education on all levels, from primary school to adult and vocational education, in Chile. Some materials are strictly pedagogical and to be used as teaching aids, while other materials address and critique educational policies and their implementation, social activism and political participation and alternative methods of education and the rolle of education in Chilean scoiety. The majority of materials were published within Chile by government agencies and ministries, universities, non-governmental organizations and professor's collectives. Some materials come from international organizations, such as the American International Association for Economic and Social Development (AIA), the UNited Nations Children's Fun (UNICEF), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organizations (UNESCO).
