A varied collection made up of two main works (texts 4 and 5), several smaller texts before them and a section of excerpts of poetry at the end.

• Title from text 1 in the collection.
• Description: All main texts (except the last section of poetry) are written in similar hand in black ink with use of red. Text 1 is written in small naskh, text 2 is in small siyāqat, and texts 3-5 are in a small, more casual script tending towards siyāqat. The excerpts of poetry at the end are of later dates and in a number of different hands, chiefly in taʻlīq and nastaʻlīq. Most texts have 21 lines per page. Texts 1 and 4 are written inside a single-line frame in red ink. Most texts have catchwords. Paper varies: some is glazed with visible chain lines, some is thicker, dark cream paper with only the laid lines visible, and some of it appears to be wove paper. Almond shaped stamp with scalloped edges with an inscription in Persian, on fol. 1a, 35b, and 131a.
• Origin: [İbretnüma] Copy completed in the middle of Rabīʻ al-Ākhir 989 (1581) in "şehr-i Madinah al-Munīfah" (Medina?) -- colophon (fol. 129b).

The lexicon is very similar to that found in another manuscript following Lâmiî Çelebi's commentary on the preface of Gulistān, Şerh-i Dibace-yi Gülistan
