Title from fol. 1a.
11 lines per page. Written in medium small ruqʻah in black ink with use of red for headings. Few sheets are later replacements in different hand and on different paper, including fol. 1a, which has a crudely hand drawn head-piece in black ink and yellow watercolor on fol.1b and similarly drawn frame for the title on fol. 1a. Glazed European paper. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf.

Light orange marbled paper over pasteboard (spine repaired with different, grey marbled paper).
