• On fol. 1a: Duʻā mubārak by al-Shaykh ʻAzīz ibn ʻAbd al-Malik ibn Manṣūr ... aḥad al-fuqahāʼ al-Shāfiʻīyah.
• Collation: Paper ; fol. 131 + i ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
• Layout: 13 lines per page.
• Description: Written in black ink with use of red ; vowel signs ; glazed dark cream paper with regular laid lines and pulp visible.
• Origin: According to the colophon, copy completed on 20 Rabīʻ al-Ākhar 596 [February 8, 1200] (fol. 131b).

Binding note

Later type II (with flap) binding in golden brown leather over paper pasteboards. Both covers are similarly blind stamped and tooled with a central mandorla with two pendants on the vertical axis and an outer border made of fillets and a s-shape running pattern. Similar border on the envelope flap, with a smaller stamp on its point. Central cartouche and small stamps on the fore-edge flap. Yellow paper pastedowns.
