Summary note
A diploma signed by the Patriarch Raphael, confirming that the patriarchs of Constantinople rather than the bishop of Bela have jurisdiction over the monastery of the Annunciation in Epiros, located near Podorgiane in northwestern Greece. The diploma has a lead pendant seal on a blue silk cord. It is bound with an Italian document of 1678 prepared by a Venetian notary pertaining to a legal agreement between Andrea Loredan, count of Zuane, and Andrea da Corfu.
