• 29 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with occasional use of red. European glazed paper. Few marginal annotations. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
• Copied by Muḥammad ibn Dāwūd ibn Sulaymān al-ʻAnnābī [?] on the 26th of Shawwāl 1044 -- colophon (fol. 95b).
• Incipit: بسم الله ... يقول العبد الفقير الحقير ابو الامداد الفاني ابراهيم المالكي اللقاني الحمد لله الذي اصطفى لنقل السنة المحمدية
