Foliation in Arabic numerals starts with 2 on fol. 8. Catchwords on the verso of each folio. European glazed paper with visible crown watermark. Lower half of fol. 304 and fol. 305 and 306 later repair replacement sheets on different paper and in different hand. Obliterated ownership statement with date on fol. 1a.
