19 lines per page. Written in thick medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. From fol. 248a on, small clear naskh, with leaves missing before fol. 248 (see catchword on fol. 247b). European paper with watermark, some leaves glazed. Blank spaces in the text (see fol. 6b, 7b). Fol. 1a-4b and 261a-270b: Blank, except for a note on fol. 1a. Note on fol. 1a mentioning the name of Mīrzā Maḥmūd Ḥakīm.

Binding note
Black leather over pasteboards for upper and lower covers. Both covers are similarly blind-tooled with a central mandorla with two pendants on the vertical axis, all painted in orange and dark green with a frame made of fillets and an elaborate outer frame made of fillets and a s-shape running pattern.
