  • Date of reissue suggested by typography of title page and style of binding. The printer of the intaglio frontispiece plate was active in Philadelphia from 1833 to 1844.
  • Errors in paging: p. 233, first count, misnumbered 235; p. 97, 205, 305, 2nd count, misnumbered 95, 105, 285.
