    • Title from beginning of text (fol. 1b).
    • Inscriptions on the pastedown of the upper cover and the first fly-leaf. Inscription on the margin of fol. 2a: "Aḥmad ... Afzarī". Inscriptions on fol. 18b. Seal impression on the last fly-leaf. Inscription "499" using Western numerals on the upper cover.
    • Layout: 17 lines per page.
    • Description: Written in shikastah nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. On fol. 1b-8b, the text is framed within two red lines. Light cream glazed paper with laid and chain lines visible. Foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Origin: Copied in Jumādá al-Ākhir ?65 by Muṣtafá ibn [...?] ibn Khalīl. According to Hitti following Houtsma, this should be read 865.
    • Incipit: اما بعد حمد واجب الوجود على نعمائه والصلوة ... فانّي مجيب الى ما سُئلت من تحرير مسائل الكلام وترتيبها على ابلغ النظام
    • Explicit: والا لزم خلاف الواقع والاخلال بحكمة الله تع وشرطها علم فاعلهما بالوجه وبتجويز التاثير وانتناء المفسدة والحمد له على انعامه
