    • Origin: Copied 1010 by al-ʻAllāmah Shaykh al-Islām Abū al-Ṭayyib Muḥammad ibn Shaykh al-Islām al-Badr al-Ghazzī (see fol. 3a and 4a). On fol. 150a, the name of the copyist is given as (Abū al-Ṭayyib) Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Ghazzī al-ʻĀmirī al-Shāfiʻī al-Ashʻarī.
