In this edition, the of the youth in his converted pious state appears on the recto of the second plate facing the image of the youth in his natural state on the verso of the first plate, with plates rewoprked fom prior versions; for instance, the pages of the book in the plate of the youth in his converted state have the initials W. P. and the "t" in "converted" (state) are type insertion.
Woodcuts throughout the text, including Death as a skeleton striking down Alexander the Great and Sampson, the Devil casting a sinner skewered on a pitchfork into a hell's mouth, and London burning during the great fire of 1666.
Publisher's "Catalogue" of Clark's publications on 3 pages at the end, which includes works by Bunyan and Keach, jest books, cookbooks, and fiction, as well as a notice to country chapmen about the availability of bibles and books of Common Prayer.
