10 scrapbook-like volumes containing mounted printer's proofs of illustrations (most woodblocks) that McLoughlin Bros. used to illustrated its books between 1885 and 1920; each set of proof prints is accompanied by the title-page for the book in which the illustrations appeared.
Notes
Illustrations for a wide range of titles including: "Robinson Crusoe," Stevenson's "Kidnapped," Hawthorne's "Wonder Book for Boys and Girls," collections of Bible stories.
Many sets of illustrations have hand-written McLoughlin Archives notations.
