    • Cotsen copy: Covers with several paper onlays: upper with armorial crest and cut of a lion and lower with printed armorial bookplate: "Ascot Lodge, Ascot, Berks" with interlaced initials 'CES'; extra illustrated with lithograph of gentleman on horseback on front free endpaper and an engraving of a "Swallow-Tailed Falcon" on front pastedown, with an engraving of a "Baltimore Oriole" on rear pastedown.
    • Cotsen copy: Rebacked and recornered in calf, with added red morocco spine label, gilt-stamped with title: "Prints."
