Cotsen copy: Baby book of a Jewish child, Edward Jacques Ruff, born Mexico City 22 November 1910. Under First Prayer is given transliterated text of Hebrew prayer beginning " Shemah Yisroel Adonoy Alohano ..." the following list of family members to be blessed is in Yiddish, in contrast with the regular entries which are in English. First trip to the country was to Cuernavaca, however first religious service was near grandparents' home in Long Island. Includes envelope of hair samples.
