"McLoughlin Bros., latest games and books. Variety cob-house building blocks. ... Criss cross spelling slips. ... Games of Cash and Akambo, ... Game of Mon."--publisher's advertisement, p. [4] of wrapper. The games Cash and Akambo were listed under "New stock for the seasons of 1882 and 1883" in the McLoughlin Bros. catalogue for that year. Advertisement bears an illustration signed, "W.B." (i.e., W. Bruton).
