The Stories are: The Fairy Cri-cri; Ogre in Love, Black Cat, Wood Cutter's Daughter, Double Enchantment, Butterfly, Anisette and Rataplin. Frontispiece captioned Mother Goose's Fairy Tales.
"The Wood-Cutter's Daughter" is beautiful, but under a spell she is transformed to a negro every other day.
