This edition of Aesop was approved for use in Dutch schools; to it is appended some of Avianus's versified fables and also the Battle of Frogs and Mice with Greek and Latin text on facing pages.
Interpretative notes on two pages at end (I4) in Latin (recto) and Greek (verso).
Illustrations: 46 woodcuts, including title-page cut and woodcut vignettes at the head of each fable.
Signatures: A-H⁸ I⁴.
