Colophon: Henetiēsin etypōthē par' Aldō, ouk aneu mentoi pronomiou, chiliostō tetrakosiostō ennenēkostō hebdomō apo tēs theogonias etei, mēnos Poseideōnos pemptē histamenou.
Sometimes found with two quires of eight leaves prefixed (signed a-b), containing "Breuissima introductio ad litteras graecas;" cf. BMC & Stillwell; discussed in Renouard, p. 15.
