Notes

• Vols. 1-17 were published between 1704 and 1717.
• Vol. 17 bears the imprint: "per W. Churchill. MDCXVII" [sic, for 1717].
• Vols. 18-20 bear the imprint: "Londini: per J. Tonson", and were published in 1726, 1732 and 1735.
• Vols. 16-20: "In lucem missa de mandato Regio".
• Vol. 16: " .. edidit Robertus Sanderson".
• Vols. 17-20: ".. Accurante Roberto Sanderson".
• Vol. 17 includes an index to the first 17 volumes and also 'Syllabus seu index actorum manuscriptorum', "Londini: per A. & J. Churchill", 1717, with separate titlepage, pagination and register.
• Pp. 335-565 of vol. 18 are cancelled by order of Parliament; variant: pp. 335-565 of vol. 18 are not cancelled.
