  • Collation: 1⁶, 2⁶⁻¹, 3-20⁸, 21⁶, 22⁸, 23-34⁸, 35-36⁸, 37⁴; the first leaf of the second quire (fols. 7r-11v) is missing with loss of text.
  • Layout: 17 lines (fols. 1r-6v), 9 lines (scribe B), and 10 lines (scribe C and D) per page; frame-ruled on an Arabic ruling board (mastara).
  • Decoration: initials, decorated borders; ink diagram relating to the neumes (fol. 6v).
  • Music: Late-Byzantine notation.
  • Origin: Written in Istanbul, early 19th c.
