Origin: Written in Northern Italy or Switzerland in the mid-14th century.
Binding note
Contemporary goatskin over wooden boards, lined with fragments of parchment on which were written parts of an index from an earlier manuscript. Holes in the binding give evidence of having had a clasp and a chain.
